Hi,

i want to calculate slew rate and gainbandwidth product with following parameters.

pulse amplitude: 23 to 30mV.
pulse time: 140ns.
gain: 47 times.

help me to calculate slew rate and bandwidth for this parameter. it's better if you suggest a particular IC.

Rate of change of output voltage is slew rate.
Slew Rate = (30-23)mv/140ns = 50000 V/Sec = 0.05V/usec

You need the Gain vs Frequency Curve to calculate the GBW at a gain of 47.
