Hi
I want to calculate the output capacitance Co of a transconductor as depicted below
**broken link removed**
the probleme i dont know how to do to calculate only Co without the contribution of the overlap capacitance
here is my schematic
**broken link removed**
the transconductor is in the middle, the inverters are there only to define the bias point, i drve the outputs differentially and calculate the imaginary part of the current drawn by the input port.
so okay, my probleme i cant figure out how to get rid of the miller capacitance and contribution
any suggestion appreciated
