Hi, I need Cadstar library to Altium conversion. Can you provide the steps, It will help for me.

I'm not going to tell you how to do that, I cannot even remember if it's possible.
In fact, the std install cadstar library is not very good, you would be better importing one of the IPC7531 libraries that are available.
