In Cadence , in the DC operating point window , does the regions work really all the time and what is meant by this numbers?

0 off

2 saturation
3 subthreshold
4 breakdown

My comments !!

0 off - sub-threshold region too (Vgs<Vth)??
1 linear
2 saturation (Strong inversion)
3 subthreshold (weak inversion)
4 breakdown
