cadence wavescan display problem

cadence wavescan

When I run an ac simulation in cadence ic5141, the wavescan viewer will display the frequency axis into the following (if log scale is enabled):
10^0 10^1 10^2 10^2 10^4 10^5 10^5 ...
However, the value as shown in the curve tracer indicates correct frequency values. Any idea on how to fix it?

i got the same problem and i think it`s a bug.
