Cadence version differences...

I tried doing a design in version 4.4.6 of cadence, but the same design shows very different results in version 5.0.3???
Has anyone faced this problem before? Which result is more accurate?

Like there was change in Gain, Noise Figure, S11, etc.

are you sure you have all the same setup for these 2 versions of cadence?
such as the same version of transistor/wire models? maybe you can generate the netlists from these 2 versions of cadence and compare them.
