Hi. I am making layout desing in cadance IC6.1.6 with the help of the UMC 90 nm library.
I added P_10_SP cell but its Multiplier setting is disabled. When I changed its finger setting, its behaviour is like as Multiplier. It is adding contact between poly lines.
In addition when I want to multiplier in schematic, it isn't adding new input for another poly line.
Last problem is that when I want to add contact in layout desing for pwell to vdd and nwell to gnd. User guide says that add M1_NWELL, M2_PSUB but there is not these layers or cells in library.
