Does anyone know how to convert a model from Cadence into the ADS type ? It's a CMOS model.

Thanks

Convert the spectre model to a spice model (look this up, appeared earlier on this board)

Save it into a text file

Import this model file in ADS

hey radiohead

sorry to be annoying, but i searched the board and found nothing about going from spectre to an hspice model (i have posted myself about going the other way).

can you let me know how to do this ?

i really want to begin simulation in ADS if possible.

Thanks!

Cadence to @DS Model Conversion

I think it need other lib type as .lib or .olb.

Cadence to @DS Model Conversion

Isn't it the foundry's job to provide the model for both Cadence and ADS if they support both to them?
