what's the acceptable difference between caculation and simulation.

the calculated drain current is much more than the simulated one

the schematic is a simple one, a common source circuit.

the parameter is obtained from .scs file.

check ur hand calculation
mobility is cgs system all other in um
muz in bsim is cm2/VS
tox can be in imcro...
i advice u to do idvg and id vd sweep and back calculate beta
