Cadence Schematic

Hi all

When drawing a transistor in cadence, one usually gets a good amount of details on the schematic, how can I get rid of it? When there are many transistors close to each other, this can get very very confusing.

Thanks

in instance properties, there should be drop down menus beside each property for 'off/value/name/both' or something along those lines. some of them are defaulted to 'both', most are defaulted to off.

Re: Cadence Schematic

even i have tried a lot....it doesnt....the default for display is OFF anywaysbut it still shows the details:!:

Re: Cadence Schematic

yeah, It is off, but it shows it. !!!

Re: Cadence Schematic

you can do that by going to Edit ,then component display and checking/uncheking some boxes according to requirement.
