Hi

I am new to aging simulation using RelXpert. I have few queries:

1. Could anyone please tell me if I could do aging simulation using .lib file obtained after characterization of cells?
2. Model files, NBTI and PBTI files are the inputs needed for aging simulation?
3.And how to analyze a parameter from .lib (eg: rise time from .lib) getting degrading over the period of 5-10 years?

Kind Regards
BB

1 - no, lib only has timing and power information. you don't even know what transistors are in there.
2 - yes, naturally.
3 - spice-like simulation
