Cadence IC5141 spectre error with neoCircuit

When I try to get the output within Neocircuit, I always got the following error :
... even if I use the two-stage-opamp of the demo.
I have no more idea how to serach the error :cry:

Simulating `netlist.final' on ******** at 7:53:01 AM, Mon Sep 19,
2005.

Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.
"netlist.final" 5: Syntax error in specification of `spectre//'.
"netlist.final" 7: There can be at most one global statement and, if
present, it must be the first command in the file (after title or
language directive).

spectre terminated prematurely due to fatal error.

The error is because the c++ compiler is not installed at the initial installation or c++ version is old.

Anyway, the developmnet package including the compiler can be installed by using "Install Package".
