Problem: Spectre generates Segmentation faults when it started from icms and from OCEAN scripts.

Solution: It happens when you are set LC_* environment variables to language different from English (especially to language where decimal symbol is not “.” – for example in Bulgarian language it is “,”). To solve the problem just set these variables to English
(example:
>export LC_DATE=en
)
