CAD software for curve tracing

Hi. Mi intention is begin to design pcb boards with curve tracing to avoid rf problems with tradicional tracing. Wich CAD software is recommendable to make curve traces?. Many thanks.

Do you mean to draw curved traces and keep the width continuous like shown in the picture? And maybe have the ability to do tapered arcs? There is only one program that I know of where this can be done easily. If you want more information, please send me a PM.
