C6713 DSK can't connect to target error (with a youtube clip)

Grettings,

as the main title says my error of the day is "can't connect to target". I thought it'd be a good idea for me to just show you the problem, so this time I've recorded my desktop and shown you the situation, since, I think this way you will be able to understand me and the problem better.
