c55 semiens interfacing

i bought c55 semiens , and ihave "GDM control for semiens" softwere of semins..
when i stablish connection, it become OFF , why i dont know ?
what the baudrate should be . plz tell me y its being OFF everty time when i click
to connect .
 

Perhaps your C55 battery is drop. Try using new battery. If it doesnt solve your problem, your C55 might be in trouble.
