C Trax PCB viewer available free?

Hello,
Is there a free viewer for the C Trax PCB Layout program? I cant find any reference to c trax on the web.
 

I think it's SEEtrax in Hampshire but their web site has been closed down, I'm niot sure what happened to the company.
