Hello,
I need to bypass an amplifier (Gain=22dB , Noise Figure<1.5dB , Frequency: 6Ghz-8Ghz). I see some bypassed amplifiers that weren't in my frequency range, or their Gain was low (less than 18dB). I am curious to know how to bypass a desired RF amplifier with high speed(less than 10us) and doesn't cause instability )

Thanks

If you use absorptive switches, I believe there won't be any problem. But the safety first.
You can turn of the amplifier during bypass period. It will not oscillate.
