Does anyone have any idea about bulk driven transistor. Just hear today and only know it's for low voltage design. Anyone has example or reference for this? Thanks

I have even study some book ,about ESD protection.
This ideal can let ESD MOS with good uniform turn on performance.
You can search some papers in JSSC.

you can refer to
cmos analog circuit design

Hi,
Here is a paper by P. Allen which give the basic information about bulk driven CMOS.
As u said it is for low voltage operation.
