build usb phono preamplifier for vinyl

there are many, but I need to construct one via port usb.
 

Take a look at BurrBrown PCM2702. It is a usb to audio chip. Very easy to use, just plug it in and windows loads the audio driver. It has an input which you could drive with your RIAA amp.
