How can i buffer a 15V PWM signal before sending it to a MOSFET? Is there any IC like the Schmitt Trigger which works for 15V signal?

Not sure what you mean by 'buffer'. WHY do you need to buffer it? You could use a BJT, a MOSFET, an opamp...

Complementary emitter-follower transistors are usually used to quickly charge and discharge the high gate capacitance of a Mosfet.
