i am doing robotic vacuum cleaner....and i need two voltage source for my circuit...is it possible for me to build a buck converter with two output voltage?
according to me voltage regulator is a better idea... because you will be having lesser noise and lesser protection circuitry requirements.... but since your supply voltage is just 9V it is hard to satisfy the requirement of headroom voltage for the 9V supply that you require....
