Hi Experts,

I am a ATE test engineer. I will work on a new chip which will have on die PMU.
I am not familliar with buck swither test.

I have following questions:
1)what the other the key parameters of buck, except line/load regulation ,
RDS(on) and the PWM duty cycle?

2)Is there any DFT method could be implement for RDS(on) test? As you know
test xx mohm RDS(on) on the tester is a big challenge.

3)Is it possible to only do open loop test to cover most of the defect of manufacture?

4)To do the close loop test on the ATE what is the effect of socket Pogo pin's inductance? How to choose the inductor and do the layout to minize the spark voltage of switch on the switcher?
5)Following sch is for test a buck(5V to 1.2V/1A ), does the relays in the circuit affect the buck work? Since relay has inductance.
