I have downloaded BSIM4 from Berkeley website. All the source codes are in C language. Do you know how to start running this source code? How can i use it?
Thanks

Wouldn't you really want to pick up a SPICE package with
BSIM4 support "baked in"?

If not then you have to drill into the docs for whatever
SPICE (-type) simulator you do have, and learn how to
attach a C-code model that sits external. Probably a
lot similar to veriloga support (which always does a
behavioral-to-C compile during the first readin, or as
a before-first-simulation compile-and-link pass.
