Hello All:

I am currently working on BSIM 4 Holistic Noise Model. I am using Spectre simulator. In order to invoke holistic model we need to select TnoiMod=1 option. We have two parameters tnoia and tnoib to tune.

My questions are

1) What are the maximum limit for the values of tnoia and tnoib?
2) Do we need to select a single value for both tnoia and tnoib and run the simulation for the whole frequency range or can we use different values at different frequencies to match the measured results?

I appreciate your reply. Thanks,
