how to model the motor to hall sensor then to ic Hall sensor input ?

I mean , when we design a brushless 3 phase motor controller , all we know is that
1 : sense the hall sensor input , U,V,W
2: send the UVW signal to matrix control to decode and re-arrange it to driver the top arm & bottom arm of driver for motor .
3 . when the motor inductor conductor current , the Hall sensor sense the magnetic force

but it is openloop signal description .

how can we know the model between motor voltage (or current) and hall signal . That is , how to describe the position information or magnetic by Spice E, or G ? And the motor has center connected , its voltage isn't zero ? how to balance ? and how to transfer the Hall sensor signal as a suitable voltage for normal IC input ? for example , 5V ?

Without the model , it seems that we can't do close loop simulation!

The answer can be found from the P.M. motor literature. You need at least a simplified linear model with winding inductance
and resistance, torque generation, inertia moment, conservation of rotary impulse, emf generation, sensor characeteristic.
