Project is based on German magazine Klang+Ton called Cheap Trick 193 (CT193). Another name in the Internet is “one way ticket”.
Columns were made of 18 mm MDF precisely cut in the woodworking shop. Edges were matched manually by me.
Panels were glued and screwed.
Elements for the single filter:
Resistor 22 ohm: 2 pieces;
Capacitor 5.6 uF: one piece;
Coil 1.8 mH: one piece.
Loudspeakers used were SPH-60X with magnets additionally glued.
Columns were soundproofed with a fingerlike sponge at the upper Wall and with sheep wool at the side walls.
Burr used was palisander glued with pattex moment. Columns were stained five times with polyurethane lacquer. After each stain they were grinded.

Audio monitoring.
As it was stated in the Internet columns needed many hours of playing to reach good quality sound.
