please could any body explain what is the meaning of bootloader and Datalogger ?

Didn´t you already asked that once or was it somebody else? (o;

In general terms...

Bootloader is the first piece of code running after reset...
it is responsible to initialize the hardware like IO and RAM and then pass control to the main OS, application or just stay there waiting for software upload...
