Hallo Skywalker!

High density is not my special field. I can't remember any good books for high density boards, layout and routing strategies. Maybe in Coombs PCB Handbook (CRC press) are some hints. Sorry :?

art of analog layout maybe the best,but the more opinion is from an art view, perhaps not practical at the beginning.
IC mask may be a good introducer
