Bond finger in allegro PCB

Hi team,

i have seen bond finger to xxxx spacing in allegro constrain manager. after my readings some guys are saying these are pads. so my doubt is actually what is this bond finger means? is it pads? then why it need a sepeate constains system if it already avilable like smd, through pins spacing ? could you please help it?
