Can't you get the dimensions from MACOM themselves? (whoever they are?)
Googling shows that B35N04J999X is obsolete with most suppliers, however it's a right angled BNC connector so any other of the same type should suffice.
In fact - your not designing this into a new board are you? not a good idea if it's obsolete.
The BNC connector is historically one of the most obsolete connectors. I have not seen a good design of it with a PCB mounting
I would prefer a SMA or another miniature connector adapter for PCB mounting, then use a transition to BNC if you like it so much.
