I need to find a solution. I need to send files (.txt for example) from a PC to any movil by bluetooth.

I hope someone could help me with a software or something, please.

first of all your mobile should have bluetooth capability or should be capable of accepting software for bluetooth adapters (since you told any mobile). then you will need a Bluetooth USB adapter for your PC. along with it software will come. then you can download whatever you want using FTP profile in bluetooth
