Blocking slow body diode of MOSFET

Hi
For ZVS application i required to block the body diode of mosfet which is slow. I can block the body diode by using a schottky diode in series with mosfet and by connecting a fast diode in parallel. in this case if it necessary the schottky diode's reverse voltage rating and mosfet reverse blocking volatge are to be same? if my blocking volatge is 200v, can i connect a schottky diode having 80V in series with a mosfet of volatge rating 200 v?

The diode with the least capacitance will charge up the fastest, so no you cannot.
