micro blind via

Blind via: It's from one of the surface to any of inner layer.

burried Via: It's via that is between inner layers. burried via is not accessable from top or bottom laye.

Microvia: These are the vias with narrow drill hole. usually these vias are directly present in component pads.

via, microvia, blind and buried vias

Micro vias can be Via-In-Pad as suggested, however not required. Microvias also require a specific hole to thickness ratio - which is why you will not have a micro-via go more than from the TOP layer to layer 1 or 2.
