Hello I am building a class-A amplifier for 1-30MHz range.
I have found a wonderful application note that uses the BLF175 transistor.
The problem is that the BLF175 contains toxic Beryllium oxide material and I do not like to use it in my lab.

Is there any direct non-toxic replacement for this transistor?

I attatch the application note of the amplifier

Beryllia is only "toxic" if you grind it into small particles.
If you buy the device encapsulated, or simply stay
away from abrasives, you can forget about it.

Yes I know, nevertheless there is a case you break the transistor while you screw it too hard, or if the portable amplifier box drops down accidentally.
Not to mention the price of it which is more than 70$ !

Any ideas about any replacements, if not cheaper, at least safer?
