2N7002 ( **broken link removed** ) can be replaced by: BC639, BD139, ZTX653, ZTX453
or SMT BCP56, FMMT491, FMMT493, FZT653 ...

How can i know the BJT Turn on and Turn off Time?
Thanks,it is imponent for digital.

From transistor data sheet you can read Ton and Toff times, for example: FZT653 (**broken link removed**) has Ton=80ns and Toff=1200ns ..

Anyone has any suggestion?
Thanks,
I need your help
