This device is used for steering bipolar stepper motors, but it easily can be used for unipolar ones. It's based on L297+L298. It was enriched with optoisolation and some smd elements.
Device parameters:
  • current on phase – 2A
  • max. supply voltage – 46V
  • work modes – half-step
  • full optoisolation of steering signals (step, dir, enable)
  • max. signal frequency - 10kHz
