i need some papers about bios map and layout and also i want to know
about bios checksum, how it generates and its location in bios.
thnx for your help.

As for the memory map, you can read it from the corresponding chipset datasheet. I've a preliminary article about that (not finished yet), but perhaps would be useful for you.
