The last day of class our prof left us with an tought to think about for the second part of our signals class. But I am having a hard time doing this out.

determine a rule which minimizes the total probability error
by diagram/plot
-Also what would be the probability of error
The only other thing he gave us to work with is that
we can let f(r|1) be the conditional prob density for received signal
when 1 is transmitted and f(r|0) be the conditional density for r when
0 is transmitted
