Hello everyone,
Can anyone please tell me what are the main difference between current mode BGR and voltage mode BGR and how do we choose the architecture that which one will fit for our specification? I have designed both 0.6V current mode and voltage mode BGR and i observed that the variation across PVT is high in current mode and PVT variation is low in voltage mode. And I tried trimming in current mode but i felt hard to design trimming and the PVT variation is also high compare to voltage mode. So i would like to know more about current and voltage mode BGR. Can anyone please provide their experience.
