whats are the good enough methods for PCB soldering with BGAs?
we are now looking for a PCB assembling company for the series production of our product. for that, we have to select a company who can solderin accurately, in a professional way. It doesnt make sense that to order 300 boards, then 200 are not working, because the bad soldering. lots of companies just put the BGAs with a pincet, or with a P&P machine, but just based on coordinates.

for series production, which is used normally? rework_station / fineplacer / pick_and_place_machine?
if pickandplacemachine, then does it have a camera to check the picked up BGA components, for compensating the coordinates?

should they solder the BGAs together with the other components in the oven, or separatelly with a rework station with local-heater? for more accurate thermal profile.

make sure they do x-ray inspection, also make sure it says in the contract if there is issues with soldering production house will peak the tab to fix the problem

guys, do you know suitable assembling companies in Europe, (middle or eastern Europe would be the best) with accurate BGA soldering capabilities and with logistics? for mobile computer manufacturing. 100-200 pieces at once, few times a year.

look for something local to you ie PCB house, or assembly house, you are NOT running big values si there no big saving interms of money, but if you need to something quick ie switch two parts you can drive to you local guy instead shipping something.

Also keep in mind your unit performance depends on PCB, so switching PCB houses it should be last resource
