Does anyone know where I can find a BGA practicing board ?

Look for a chip manufacturers basic schematic for a BGA based device and copy that schematic, best way as you are working with real data.

Could you post here ? do we use flux or flux with alloy for soldering bga with heat gun ?

Solder paste has to be used...look up BGA rework.

If I use solder paste, I put solder paste on BGA pad, if I heat up with hot gun, will they short each other after melting ? or the stick only into the pad ? thanks
