I'm designing LNA for 2.4-2.5Ghz with infineon transistor BFP740. Fr4 substrate ;1,6mm thickness; Dk=4.4. After creating impendance matching network, simulated result S21 > 20dB but S11, S22 >-10dB. what is the problem with S11 and S22 ?
 

S11 and S22 should be negative, usually below -10dB.
For example S11 = -10dB is equivalent with VSWR = 2:1
