Can some suggest a good and cost effective DSP kit for Image processing Please?
 

Nowadays, ARM Cortex A8 fammilly becomes a good choice for some reasons, although be not essentially a DSP core.
You can buy a Kit based on Allwinner A10 for U$ 49,00.
