Can someone help in solving this Bessel series of given order v = 1?

This one has no boundary condition.

You can also give me a reference with good example.

Here is the problem:

Code: 
  f(x)  =   0      ,  0 < x < 1/2 
        =   1/x   ,  1/2 < x < 1
