i am very new ti's controller. so tell me which compiler is to use and does any programmer needed for this controller's.

and if i purchase this launchpad then what about PROGRAMMER??

Please save some time (for both of us) by reading this : **broken link removed**...
it will explain what all is necessary for programming and testing.
