Hi can anyone tell me..
Before scan insertion the ScanIn port of mux is connect to which input?
 

There is no ScanIn port until you make the scan chain connection.
And if this scan input shared an input, this one already exist without connection to the SI of the last scan chain element, no?
 
Scan Chain Input at entity level.
