tyn268

Hi,
i have used ic tyn-368 from pi for 1 amp battery charger there i put inductance of 1.3 mh in primary and tuned circuit for cc charging but after 5 minutes of running it becomes heat and op voltages flashes out can anybody tell me that why it flashes.

sure it would work but how well it works depends on how you configure the circuits you should take a look at the datasheet for the device and see how they configured the device and if they used any formula there in order to determine component values my sense is that in your case you didn't use the right values or the other possibility is wrong wiring in order to find out if that is the case you have to measure the dc working points in your circuit and compare it against the datasheet or your expected value to determine if a component has failed or if a wrong component has been used good luck
