Job Responsibilities:
1. Standard cell library circuit design.
2. Automation of standard cell library design environment.
3. Extraction of standard cell library characterization parameters and QA.
4. Guidance and planning of standard cell library layout.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree, majoring in micro - electronics related fields.
2. Relevant work experience in custom circuit design.
3. Solid foundation in circuits, proficient in the design of basic custom circuits (combinational logic, sequential logic).
4. Familiar with Virtuoso, Liberate, Variety tools.
5. Familiar with automated programming tools such as Python, PERL, TCL.
6. Good communication skills, team - working spirit and high - level cooperation on projects.
Leader role, Location: Chengdu is prefer, or Shanghai.
