bandgap for a transceiver

I will begin to design a bandgap-voltage-reference source for a transceiver.

What special considerations do I have to take for designing my circuit?
and WHY?

Remember that my bandgap-voltage-reference source will work for a transceiver.

atghiaee, how could that paper help me to solve my questions?

For transceiver, I think you don't need accurate voltage reference. So normal bandgap is OK.
